Taipei Hong is one of the taiwanese restaurants listed in Flushing, New York. The business is registered at 41-28 Main St, Flushing, NY 11355; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Flushing; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New York are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 10 AM–9:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (718) 799-0339. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 43 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded taiwanese restaurants in Flushing.

Flushing is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Flushing is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My first time visiting this Taiwanese restaurant and I absolutely loved it! The food was authentic, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The braised pork rice and popcorn chicken were especially delicious. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend this place!

Good Taiwanese food at a good price. We ordered the stinky tofu, minced pork over rice (very fragrant) and pork intestine noodles. Stuffed by the end of our meal!

Taipei Hong on Main Street in Flushing is a great spot if you’re craving Taiwanese comfort food. I ordered the dry hot pot, and it was really good. It came packed with ingredients and had that perfect spicy, savory flavor that makes you keep going back for another bite. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, and the portion was generous. The place has a casual vibe and is a nice stop when you’re walking around Main Street in Flushing. If you like bold flavors and dishes with a bit of heat, the dry hot pot is definitely worth trying.
